Placed under the aegis of the CGEM, the business councils work to promote international exchanges, partnership relations and the strengthening of cooperation between Morocco and its economic partners.
The CGEM supervises and coordinates 55 bilateral business councils. Each board is led by members who operate in the relevant market with in-depth knowledge of the specificities and the approaches to be adopted.
Here are the new appointments at the head of the business councils recorded during the board of directors on Thursday, September 24.
United States: Mustapha Amhal (president of Sofinam)
Jordan: Mohamed Bachiri (CEO of Somaca);
Tunisia: Kamil Ouazzani. (President of the Capital Finance group);
Qatar: Mohamed Baida (Chairman of Omagesti Group);
Germany: Amal Guedira (founding president of Automotive Moroccan Group);
China: Mehdi Laraki (president of the Gelacom group);
Saudi Arabia: Khalid Benjelloun (president of CTC Maroc);
Signatory countries of the Agadir agreement: El Aid Mahssousi (CEO of Melaid Consulting).
