The CEO of the Gelacom group was elected to head the Réseau Entreprendre Maroc at the end of the ordinary meeting held on Thursday, February 08, 2018 in Casablanca, in the presence of all the partners of this group and the main players in the world of business.
The meeting was also marked by the presentation of the first winners of the Innov Start program by Réseau Entreprendre Maroc, as part of the Innov Invest Fund, namely Altan Space, Al Maarij Edition, Carreau Sable and RI’N’ART Café-Théâtre. .
Mehdi Laraki, new president of the Réseau Entreprendre Maroc, explained that the strategy of this initiative is to identify, bring out and succeed new entrepreneurs and creators and support them towards success, stressing that the network intends to expand this group quickly. , in order to put its skills and experience at the service of new entrepreneurs.
Outgoing President Aziz Kadiri indicated that the Network has 296 member business leaders in Morocco and more than 14,000 internationally, eight establishments in Morocco and 226 entrepreneurs being supported, noting that 86% of the companies supported are still in activity after 3 years of existence and that more than 18.7 million DH have been granted in loan of honor. Réseau Entreprendre Maroc offers support for the entrepreneur consisting of assistance in the development of his project and validation by business leaders, financial support through honorary loans of 50,000 to 100,000 DH, human support from proximity by an active business leader for a minimum of 3 years and access to a local, national and international network of business leaders.
The Réseau Entreprendre Maroc is committed to its action directed towards projects with potential in terms of job creation (5 to 10 jobs in 3-4 years), as well as to the commitment of volunteer business leaders who not only support new entrepreneurs, but also animate and finance the operation of the association.
